Loughlin Homes Ltd are a family-owned private housing-building company, based in Chorley.
Lancashire. We have been successfully building homes since 1966 and take great pride in combining traditional skills with modern construction methods. As a family-owned company, we have the opportunity
to offer a more personal service. Our reputation for quality, specification and value is shown in all our developments.
Loughlin Homes is owned by James Loughlin. The day-today management and running of the business is carried out by his daughter Alison Fish and son-in-law Nick Fish.
We have built in the Lancashire and Greater Manchester areas, from developments of two bedroom bespoke homes to sixty two homes.
