HOW TO GET THERE:

From the M6, J28, turn left off the slip road onto Leyland Way. At the first roundabout, take the first exit onto Bent Lane. At the T-junction, turn right onto Church Road. At the mini-roundabout, keep left—Balshaw High School is located on the left. Proceed ahead for 0.7 miles, this becomes Fox Lane. At the crossroads turn right, road bears left. Take 2nd left onto Slater Lane. At the traffic lights, proceed across Schleswig Way, into Slater Lane. Oak Gardens is located on the right hand side.
